Lowick Green is a small village on the edge of the Lake District National Park, conveniently located for walkers and lovers of The Lake District alike. Coniston Water is approximately 4 miles north and is only 15 minutes’ drive away. The popular market town of Ulverston is just 5 miles away and offers an array of local restaurants, traditional pubs, boutique shopping and most famous for it’s remarkable Buddhist Temple. The town has many events and festivals on throughout the year!



Close by, you can enjoy the Lakeland Motor Museum, South Lakes Zoo, Go Ape and the Lakes Aquarium. You can also take a ride on the Lakeside and Haverthwaite Steam Railway or take a boat cruise across Lake Windermere. Driving past Newby Bridge you will find the beautiful priory village of Cartmel, famed for its sticky toffee pudding, racecourse and Michelin starred restaurant.
