"We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice that the home was traditional with modern updates to the kitchen and bathroom. We were too busy to get to the restaurants in town, but the bakery was delicious and the town was beautiful to walk through. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine, bread, and hanutas! The 6am clock tower bells caught us off guard, but after a couple days we were able to sleep through them. Overall we're so happy with our stay and would highly recommend to others!"

"Bianca und Alex sind tolle Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns wurde alles genau erklärt und gezeigt. Die Wohnung und insbesondere der Außenbereich sind außergewöhnlich. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die vielen kleinen und liebevollen Extras vom schön gedeckten Tisch, Begrüßungsgetränken, teilweise gefülltem Kühlschrank, Kaffeepads, Gewürzen, Küchenrolle bis zu den vielen hochwerigen Beautyprodukten, die wir benutzen durften. "Pros: beautiful location, right in the old town and on the water. You can walk everywhere. The room is good sized and has everything you need. Cons: There is a restaurant next door, with a terrace right next to the windows (if your room is on the street side) , so you might get some noise at night. Although when we were here, the terrace was not open, but there were people talking on the street at 11pm and you could hear everything even with the windows closed. Tip: if you drive, don't use Google for directions to the hotel to drop off your luggage (hotel has no parking, but parking garage is nearby). Google directed us to a super narrow street and could barely back out). Call the hotel when you get close. "

"First time in Germany, or Europe ever. Blindly booked this Hotel, and was amazed at the property and all of the staff. Not knowing how to speak German, the staff was eager to take time out for me to help me navigate the city of Schweinfurt. First time in Germany and I was made to feel safe and at home! My daily breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and unbelievably prepared! Amazing chefs and restaurant staff. Most notably was “Matthew”! Very friendly and informative. Knowing that I was there alone, and unfortunately with Schweinfurt and/or Germany spent every available moment with directions sights to visit. He kept my safety in mind with trains, taxis and whenever I was going on foot. Normally I’m difficult to completely please, but I couldn’t find anything negative to comment. I certainly hope the management there values “Matthew” as much as the guests there do! "
