Fresh sea air just 400m away! Located in the heart of Waihi Beach just a short walk to shops and the beach. Ideal for 1 or 2 families to kick back and enjoy.

Open plan living connects to the large outdoor deck with BBQ, a great space to dine and soak up the summer sun.

The Space:
This property offers three double bedrooms, 1 ensuite, 1 bathroom, pull out queen couch bed in the second lounge. Open plan kitchen with scullery looking out to the large deck area. Fully equipped laundry
Plenty of parking, and lawn to have a game of backyard cricket!!

No parties, events, or loud gatherings are allowed on the property.

It felt like I never left home. The property was in Waihi Beach and I was not. The location was spot on. However, I will not be staying there again.

The only thing that was unclean was the BBQ we had brought a silicon hot plate lining so we were ok, you will need to get someone to clean it.

We would highly recommend this holiday home. Fantastic location, north end and close to beach. We had our adult children with us and they said it was the best place we have rented at Waihi Beach! We have rented a number of places over the years. Very modern, clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable and we loved the coffee machine! Definitely would stay again.

Is a superb place to stay. Clean, all the appliances you need. High quality appliances, linen, furniture. Very comfortable for a large group. Dog friendly. The unit has a fenced grassed area that was perfect for our were dog. Highly recommend.

Great bach suitable for a family. Clean and well-equipped. Very close to the beach and warm in the colder weather too. Would stay here again.

Very lovely "bach", very modern, everything one could want including coffee beans for the espresso machine. Just need to let folk know to bring their own beach towels (not stated in the bookabatch advert. I highly recommend it and would love to come back next summer.

Beautiful accommodation. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you need and more. secure garden for dogs. Limited communication via the app but quick to respond to emails.
