Washer and dryer, full modern kitchen. Bathtub with shower over in ensuite, full shower in family bathroom off hall. End of building so windows to two sides.
Note that this building requires all occupants to sign a tenancy agreement, hence minimum 3 week rental. Linen will be supplied on each bed but housekeeping is not included in the price. All the basics here, but kept relatively minimal. One of 3 bedrooms set up as a study so only 2 queen sized beds at this stage. Property has been on the market - we purchased this apartment to live in off plans (teenage family) but while it was being built we moved somewhere else. It is an amazing apartment, its just that we don't want to move from where we live now! Pets are allowed in the building with notice, so if you are interested in a very long stay that could be looked into.
Closest schools are Te Aro and Wellington High School. But also easy to get to Wellington Girls College and Wellington College. No carpark attached to this apartment but they are easy to lease monthly in close proximity - but honestly you won't need a car because this place is so convenient to everything and Avis car rental is just around the corner (or use Mevo).
