Very Cozy!

We were visiting the area for the annual snow goose festival and this location was perfect for getting to Lamar and John Martin reservoir. The house was clean, comfy and well stocked.

Just stopped in for one night on our way to Skiing. Loved the property. Comfy beds with soft linens. Property owners were super responsive to all questions.

This little farmhouse was exactly what we needed while traveling through from Texas to Denver area. The house was cozy, cute and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay and was as described.

Hunting trip

It was very inviting and just like walking into my own home. It was relaxing,very clean,and nice. I would stay there again for sure. If you are traveling to this area I recommend checking into this place. Well worth it.

Mule Deer Hunt

I booked this house while I hunted mule deer with a local outfitter. This is a very nice house and easy to find. If I'm back in the area I will for sure re book.
