Large Wooded Lot. 5 minutes from Great Lakes Equestrian Horse Show in Acme Twp., Sandy Beaches, & Major Grocery Store. 4 houses down to Sub entrance into State Forest & VASA Ski/Hiking Trails. 15 Minutes to Downtown Traverse City's Fabulous Shopping district and 5 Star Restaurants. Apt. is 2 levels of 4-level home. Apartment is 1,170 Sq. Ft. Owner lives on site. Optional rental 40' x 14' wide Pole Barn with cement floor/electricity (Details: Contact Owner).

Fantastic option for Horse show participants

This basement apartment is a great option for one or two parents and a couple of kids participating in horse shows at nearby Traverse City horse show grounds. The main bedroom and living room are extremely comfortable and there is an extra pullout couch in a game room. The kitchen, while small and in the same space as the shower, is sufficient for quick breakfasts and basic meals for people who aren’t going to spend a lot of time in their accommodations. The location is lovely, especially for parents or guests who want to do some walking or running on trails during free time. Host is fantastic, very accommodating and helpful and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again next time we come to the horse show.

This amazing in-law apartment was perfect for this summer. Host Richard was extremely kind and quick to respond. Great spot for anyone coming for the Horse Shows!!
