This was a very nice quality hotel in a nice area along with sea views. The hotel has a great restaurant along with a coffee shop and store on site. Our room was upgraded to a suite that was huge with a separate living room area. The bedroom was massive with a very comfortable bed and nice blackout curtains. We slept so good and we loved that they offer a pillow menu. The bathroom is fully stocked with amenities to cover all your needs. The best part of the stay was the staff. Tolga checked us in and created an excellent experience even before our stay. He replied to my Expedia request immediately, was very professional and helpful about the area. He even spoke great English which helped. We highly recommend this property.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Excellent service. The hotel was being renovated a little before the start of the leak summer season. As a result it was very noisy sometimes - at night, I could hear loud water running through the pipes. Also, the gym is very basic. However, there is a very good gym around the corner

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was modern and elegantly decorated. Good location, walking distance from cafe, restaurants and supermarket. We received free upgrade to beautiful spacious suite. Gentle man at reception (Tolga Demirci) with amazing attitude provided outstanding help and information during our stay.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever had! It was absolutely delicious, plentiful, healthy and had way more varities then expected. I would high recommend staying at this hotel.

Der Teppich ist komplett dreckig, überall sind flecken sogar Brandlöcher. Man bekommt angeblich saubere Handtücher die sehr furchtbar riechen. In drei Handtüchern waren lange schwarze Haare. Sowas geht gar nicht. Handtücher müssen sauber sein und auch sauber riechen. Die Zimmer wurden nie richtig gereinigt. Einfach nur das Bett wieder ordentlich machen das wars. Es war ziemlich staubig. An drei Tagen wurde es gebohrt und gehämmert. Was einem den Schlaf geraubt hat. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles. Das Personal ist unfreundlich. Wenn man rein kommt wird man nicht begrüßt alle haben sie viel zu tun. Also Dedeman nie wieder.

Odalarda yeterli ekipman hatta ütü ve ütü masası dahi var. Kasa, fön, şampuan, sabun, terlik, havlu mevcut. Saç kremi yok, biz almak zorunda kaldık. Bence Saç kremi olmalı. Su ısıtıcı, hazır çay kahve ve 1’er adet su ücretsiz mevcut. Genel anlamda temiz ancak yerdeki halıfleks çok kirlenmişti, değişmeli. Odamızı deniz manzaralı seçtik. Keyifliydi, ancak balkon yok, olsa sabah kahve içmek çok keyifli olurdu. Personel güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı. Malesef her yerde olduğu gibi Araplar mevcut fakat biz hep gezdiğimiz için etkilemedi. Sadece spor salonu var, spa ya da kapalı havuzu yok, keşke olsaydı. Gün boyu dağlarda, yaylalarda yorgunluktan sonra iyi gelirdi. Genel olarak mutlu ayrıldık. Teşekkürler Dedeman..

Bad facility
All the suites are on the 7th floor which has been added later to the building unfortunately the contractor seems to have tried cutting the cost and did not instal the toilet vent pipes and the suites smell like sewers. In 2 nights I was moved twice, most of the staff cannot speak except Turkish so communication is a bit challenging. The rooms seem to have been badly maintained . The hotel is about a kilometer away from the beach Hygiene in the rooms was not that great there where left over crumbs on the sofa, bed sheets seemed that they have not been changed from the previous guest Although communication is difficult I have to mention that most staff where so helpful and friendly except for the ones in the Resturant whom don’t even ask the guest tea or coffee over breakfast Thank you Orhan, Ali and Fatima for all your support over the two days I would have loved to stay more but the property was not something that could be tolerated. Have to admit that most hotels in Trabzon have wonderful staff but the facilities are very bad. The hotel rating system should be reviewed for the region

Knowing the opinions of our guests about our services, which we aim to maximize guest satisfaction, always encourages us for new initiatives. We would like you to know that we review your complaints one by one as the hotel management. All of our suites on the 7th floor operate on a 24/7 ventilation system. The cause of the bad smell is the removal of the bathroom drain cover. The bathroom drain cover was replaced and the problem was solved. We have forwarded your complaints about cleaning to our housekeeping manager and we want you to know that we have taken the necessary actions quickly. The 7th floor is the busiest floor of our hotel. For this reason, it is more damaged than other rooms. We have started the renovation process, but there may be delays in the plans due to the hotel's density. We would like to state that we, as the hotel management, pay attention to the training and development of our employees. We will share your nice comment about Ali and Fatma with them, In conclusion; We would like you to know that we are very sorry that your accommodation in our hotel was below your expectations. If you give us the opportunity to host you again in our hotel on your next trip to Trabzon, we would like to welcome you to Dedeman hospitality.
