Spacious and bright apartment next to the Pilar

Located in the heart of Zaragoza, a few minutes from Plaza del Pilar, this spacious and bright apartment has three bedrooms and a spacious living room where up to 7 people can comfortably stay. It also has a large kitchen-dining room, and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, extractor, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and utensils. The house has natural gas heating, an air conditioner in the living room, a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and portable fans in the rest of the rooms. Bed linen and towels are included. It also has wifi. Although it DOES NOT HAVE ELEVATOR, it is a second floor with very few stairs that climb comfortably.

WE DO NOT HAVE PRIVATE PARKING. In the street and surrounding area it is allowed to park for free, although being a downtown area, it is difficult to find a place. There is a public parking 5 minutes in the Plaza del Pilar. Their rates are € 19.50 per night, although they have special discounts for stays from 3 nights.

Out of respect for other travelers, SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED.

The house is in a very quiet street 3 minutes from Plaza del Pilar and the Ebro riverbank park, within the layout of the ancient Roman city of Cesaraugusta. In its vicinity in addition to numerous monuments of tourist interest, the guest will find many shops, restaurants, supermarket bars (Mercadona and Eroski) and traditional market.

Likewise, it is located a step away from the Plaza de España, the nerve center of the city, the typical area of bars and "tapas" known as "The Tube" and the Paseo de la Independencia, where the main shops of fashion, as well as movie theaters, and the Main Theater

Its 90 m2, its light and the attention to detail will make you feel at home in the center of Zaragoza.

Todo fue excelente antes, durante y después del acceso al apartamento. Tuvimos que parquear el carro al otro lado del rio de forma gratis durante toda nuestra estadía pero la ubicación, comunicación y el apartamento fueron excelentes. El Internet es rápido y estable, el uso de la lavadora fue muy agradecido. El apartamento no es tan frio aunque estuvimos en invierno. No tenemos queja alguna y volveriamos sin duda a quedarnos nuevamente.

The proximity to the Pilar and all else was absolutely fantastic!! We're New Yorkers so we walk everywhere, and we did regardless of the hot temperature. Afterward, we relaxed in the living room where the one and only air conditioner resided. The layout is similar to a wagon wheel where the entrance foyer is in the center and all the rooms are the spokes. The living room (one of the spokes) housed the air conditioner, the bedrooms were also positioned off the foyer as was the well-equipped kitchen. In the late evenings, however, the open window invited wonderful cool breezes, small flying bandits (window screens are strongly recommended), and the boisterous merriment of party-goers. At nearly 3am the trash collection truck loudly made its way down our street. Our trip's purpose was to visit family. We spent most of our day hours with them. The latter part of the day was spent in the old town. To the owner's credit, the apartment was spotless and included basic amenities for which we were grateful. The owner was incredibly responsive. When the hot water failed she immediately came with a technician to correct it. She is a wonderful person and we truly appreciated her concern for our comfort. NOTE: I traveled with a 17yo, a 12yo, and two 86year olds. The unit is several 6-step flights up. NOT easy for elderly people. I knew there was no elevator. But, I didn't know the ground floor is half a flight up to Floor#0, then up to Floor #1, then up to Floor #2.

Saragozza è una bella città. L'appartamento è in centro a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale della città ed è adatto per un soggiorno di 5 persone. L'appartamento non è provvisto di aria condizionata come invece indicato nella descrizione dell'immobile e questa non è stata una bella cosa in quanto nel mese di luglio ci sono 38 gradi e faceva un caldo tremendo da non poter neppure riposare la notte. Abbiamo trovato dei piccoli ventilatori che però non hanno sostituito il climatizzatore. Non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere la proprietaria nè al nostro arrivo nè alla nostra partenza, abbiamo comunicato con lei solo tramite sintetici messaggi. Non c'è parcheggio gratuito in zona ed abbiamo sostenuto una spesa di € 100,00 per i 5 giorni che abbiamo soggiornato a Saragozza. L'unico parcheggio vicino alla casa è quello sotterraneo sotto la piazza de Pilar che ha un costo giornaliero di € 20,00. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in molti appartamenti scelti su HomeAway in Germania, Francia e Spagna e le caratteristiche indicate nella descrizione dell'appartamento sono sempre state quelle trovate in realtà. Non è stato così per questo appartamento e non è corretto indicare che c'è l'aria condizionata quando in realtà non c'è. Sandra e Fabio

La ubicación es inmejorable, a 5 minutos de los centros de interés para cualquier turista. El piso está bien, buena distribución y amueblado de una manera agradable. El mayor problema es la ventilación y que hemos pasado un poco de calor; por lo demás, adecuado a la tarifa establecida por los propietarios, es decir, no es un lujo. Lo recomendamos a quien no quiera gastarse demasiado dinero y, al mismo tiempo, alojarse en un lugar aceptable.
