Overview

Become a true mezcal alchemist in a unique workshop in Rome North. For 2 hours, you will have the opportunity to explore 4 varieties of agave: sprat, tobalá, madrecuixe and Mexican. Under expert guidance, you’ll learn to identify scents and design an assembly that reflects your personal taste. - Welcome and Seasonal Mezcalita (20 minutes) Enjoy a delicious mezcalita prepared with our homemade recipe while you immerse yourself in the experience. - History of Mezcal (20 minutes) Learn about the fascinating history of mezcal and the secrets of this iconic drink. - Tasting of Craft Mezcals (30 minutes) Delve into the world of mezcal tasting our four artisan mezcals of different agaves: sprat, tobalá, madrecuishe and Mexican. - Tasting and pairing with Mexican snack board (15 minutes) Accompany your tasting with a Mexican snack board, perfect to accompany the activity. - Creation of assembly (40 minutes) Create a bottle of mezcal with your ideal mixture. - Naming your creation (10 minutes) Finish your bottle by choosing a unique name for your recipe, which will appear on its label. - Bottling and labelling (10 minutes) - Toast and photo (10 minutes) Close the experience with a collective toast, celebrating your achievements and memories, and capture the moment with a photo of the team and its bottles.
