Instructions coming from the South (Lisbon): Exit the A1 at the exit 11 of Condeixa/Tomar. Follow the IC2/IC3 to Coimbra for 6.7 km. Cross the Rainha Santa Isabel bridge. Follow EN17, VN Poiares @ the bridge. Follow EN110, Penacova @ the roundabout of Portela. Continue for 1.1 km, the entrance gate is on your right.

内容介绍
早上与导游会合后，您将被送往 Penacova，并获得皮划艇设备和一些说明。然后，从卡沃埃拉（Carvoeira）大坝出发，开始总长 18 公里（11 英里）的皮划艇之旅。
您将划着皮划艇穿过自然的蒙代戈河谷，周围是广袤的森林。当您顺流而下时，您将经过 Ronqueira、Rebordosa、Louredo、Foz do Caneiro 和 Casal 等小村庄。
