We do not have a physical point as such at this pick-up point, but you can contact us by phone or WhatsApp at any time. The tuk tuks are usually always punctual during pickup, but sometimes there is traffic and they are a few minutes late. If the tuk tuk is not at the pick-up point at the exact time of your reservation, you may contact the activity provider, so they can tell you exactly what time it will arrive. Whenever there is any delay, you will be notified as far in advance as possible at the phone number you have indicated.
