活動介紹
您的課程將從安全簡報和里士滿橋附近河岸上的一些陸地培訓開始。這通常需要 15-20 分鐘，具體取決於團體規模。
然後，我們將前往河流，根據潮汐情況，可以上游前往鰻魚派島和特丁頓，也可以下游前往里士滿洛克、艾爾沃斯、邱園和奇西克。
實際行駛的距離取決於當天的風力和潮汐情況。
您不需要是熟練的游泳者，但應該能夠在佩戴浮力輔助裝置的情況下輕鬆落入水中。
學習槳板需要一定程度的靈活性和從跪著站起來的能力。
