  • Join a 2 hour 45 minute hands-on cooking experience in San Sebastian, where you transition from diner to chef in a private masterclass. Held in one of our hidden kitchens in the Old Town, this workshop is led by an expert chef and includes translation if needed.

    Learn essential Basque culinary techniques as you prepare iconic dishes such as a creamy Spanish omelette, cod al pil pil with perfect emulsion, piquillo peppers and Basque cheesecake; taste all your creations, paired with three local wines, one txakoli, one red wine Rioja and one cider.

    Working in a small group allows for personalised guidance on knife skills, timing, and sauces, and you’ll take home recipes, pro tips, and advice on selecting the best local ingredients.
