Arrival & Location: We are located on the ground level of Grand Wailea. Please follow the directional signage to our spa check-in.

For massage, body treatment and facial services, we kindly ask that you arrive one hour prior to your scheduled treatment start time to check in and experience the range of amenties available in our Hydrotherapy Gardens.

For salon services, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

If you are not staying at the resort, please use valet parking at the main entrance of Grand Wailea Resort. Valet parking is complimentary with your spa visit.

Late Arrival & Cancellation: As a courtesy to our guests and therapists, we require 24 hours notice if you must change or cancel your spa reservation. Cancellations made less than twenty four hours in advance will be charged 100 percent of the service total.

Payment: For your convenience, a 20 percent service charge will be added to the cost of your services. A total of 18 percent of this service charge is distributed to your service provider, and the remaining 2 percent is distributed amongst the support staff. This charge is not inlcuded in your pre-paid voucher. Please feel free to make an adjustment based on the service you experienced. A copy of your receipt is available upon request.

Age: Guests under the age of 16 may receive treatments if accompanied by a parent or guardian and with a signed waiver. Our Hydrotheray Gardens are 18+ and swimwear is required.
