Our lessons are taught in small groups, with a maximum of three to four students per instructor, depending on the students’ level and needs. This allows us to provide personal attention while keeping every lesson fun, safe and supportive. Lesson options: Group Lessons: 2 hours Private Lessons: 1.5 hours What’s included? All surf equipment is provided: Surfboard- Rash guard- Leash. Just bring your swimwear, water and sun cream! When do we surf? We schedule our lessons around the tides to give you the best possible surfing conditions. Since the tide times change daily, your lesson time will depend on your chosen date. At Sámara Beach, surfing close to high tide generally offers the best conditions for our lessons. What to expect: Every lesson starts on the beach with an introduction, a warm-up and some surf theory tailored to your level. We’ll discuss your goals and practice the essential movements before heading into the water. Once you’re in the ocean, your instructor will stay close by to guide, support and coach you as you catch waves and build confidence. For safety reasons, children under 8 years old are required to take private lessons with a dedicated instructor.
