"Very clean space near airport. Perfect for a stay when you first arrive in Hanoi or are leaving, location ideal for being close to the airport. "It was impossible to contact anyone when we had a last minute flight change. We showed up anyway for a less than 5 hour stay and no attendant could be seen- where were they? Asleep under the desk.
