Beautiful, historical 3-family house "Boggiano", 3 storeys, from the 18th century, renovated in 2018. In the centre of Alassio, 7 km from the centre of Albenga, 27 km from the centre of Imperia, in a central, busy position, in the heart of the city, at the seaside, direct access to the beach, in a pedestrian area. In the house: restaurant. Communal covered parking (extra) at 500 m, public parking 1 km. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: width 220 cm. Shop 100 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant, bar, café 100 m, bus stop 280 m, railway station "Alassio" 350 m. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km. Nearby attractions: Acquapark 'Le Caravelle' 12 km. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic.
"Boggiano", 3-room apartment 90 m2 on 1st floor. Modern and tasteful furnishings: upper floor: (steep stair) living room with dining table, TV and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 2 pull-out beds (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm). Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Natural stone floors. Un bruit permanent appartement au-dessus de restaurant très très bruyant Rue salle et puante... heureusement que l’appartement était bien... mais le bilan est simple six jours de vacances et je suis encore plus fatigué qu’en arrivant Dommage vu le prix.... Des simples double vitrage aurait suffi...C’est sure que je n’en ferais pas la publicité
