Sa Vinya Vella offers a charming experience that combines traditional Mallorcan charm with modern amenities for perfect vacations.



Enjoy a private 6x6x5m pool, a short distance from the sea and beach, perfect for relaxing under the sun. The garden offers spacious terraces equipped for outdoor meals and a chill-out area. Additionally, there is a barbecue area ideal for grill lovers and sun loungers by the pool to rest under the Mallorca sun.



The farm offers all the amenities for perfect vacations with family or friends. With a spacious living-dining room and an American kitchen, the house is ideal for being able to coexist from all points of the house. The living-dining room is equipped with satellite TV, comfortable sofas, and a very wide table ideal for all the people in the house. The kitchen does not fall behind as it offers all the comforts so you do not have to worry about anything.



Sa Vinya Vella is equipped for 6 people and is distributed in three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and the third bedroom with a double bed. It also has two fully equipped bathrooms with shower.



Located near the town of Alcudia, it guarantees tranquility while being conveniently close to local bars, shops, and restaurants. Several small beaches are in the area, with the long white sandy beach of Alcudia being about 2.5 km away. The property is an ideal starting point for hiking, bike rides, and car trips.

Greaty stay

Great stay. House was as described. Few things to note, the road to get there is narrow. We had to get some basics ourselves from the nearby supermarket i.e. beach towels, hand soap, dishwashing soap, extra toilet paper, oil, salt & pepper etc.
