Despite being in a very popular neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants, I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet this hotel was. Staff was amazing! So helpful. My only issue was the elevator. It was out-of-prder and the stairs were extremely narrow and steep. If you have mobility issues then this could be a big problem for you. Other than thhat we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean; however there was mold in the shower, which they cleaned and then allowed me to change rooms. The next room had a bit of mold too and the curtain in the bathroom just fell down when I touched it. A nice, well located place, but not sure that it’s worth the price.

The location was perfect. Check in was simple. The room was a good amount of space for 2 people. The bed sank in at the middle a little bid - it’s probably just an old mattress, but it was fine at the end of the day. Pillows were fluffy. The bathroom was spacious. This was one of the better stays throughout our Europe trip.

Pleasant, comfortable stay near city center. Basic hotel without a lot of frills, but room was comfortable and clean with good closet space, in room coffee/tea. Walkable to city sights and public transit also close by. Staff was kind and helpful, though not always super knowledgeable to answer tourist questions.

Great service from both Receptionists working during our two night stay, could not do enough for us and looked after our luggage before check in/after check out. Stairs are steep and lift not working but thankfully we were on the first floor. Cleanliness was fine, heating in the room worked well, small room but exactly as expected and fine for two nights. Easily assessible and walking distance to train station. Staff was very friendly. We lucked out with an early check in that made a huge difference from coming off a red eye flight. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service but the staff offered to carry our luggage up the stairs. Room was modern and everything worked as should.

The Hotel with the slowest elevator in AMS. (That’s what they say bei themselves :) Hotel is very small because it‘s in an historical Building directly at the Kracht. It was a little small room but very clean and tidy. Employees are very nice and friendly.
