Outdated and still smells like cigarettes. Carpet and drapes probably haven't been cleaned in a while because the smoke smell is still present. Small elevator. The staff were nice and breakfast was good but I don't think it was worth the price I paid.

Very Uncomfortable - Avoid This Place

Very uncomfortable beds and pillows, tiny double bed. Had to change rooms to twin beds to get a decent night's sleep and even then the pillows gave us back and neck pain. No A/C, the entire building has central heat and air and since it was late April they had not yet switched over to A/C. The room on the 7th floor was unbearably hot even though it was only 75F outside. Slow wifi, tiny bathroom with sink and shower sharing same water supply. Only 1 staff member even basic English and she was the new trainee. When I complained to the manager his response was to suggest I change to another hotel in the middle of my stay. Would never stay here again.

各部屋での空調調節が出来ず滞在中とにかく寒くて体調が悪くなるほどだったのが辛かったです 近隣にパーキングや飲食店も多く目の前がコンビニなので不便は全くしませんでした 受付の方の対応も良かったです

アパホテル〈青森駅県庁通〉に宿泊しました。青森駅からのアクセスも良く、チェックインもスムーズでした。室内は清潔感があり、ベッドも快適でぐっすり眠れました。一日の疲れが癒されました。朝食バイキングは地元食材も取り入れられていて、とても美味しかったです。ビジネス利用にも観光にもおすすめできるホテルです。また利用したいと思います。
