The front patio is private, overlooking 6th Street with seating and lighting. A fully stocked kitchen and breakfast area make it easy to entertain and cook your own meals. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and everything is provided to do laundry. Easy parking. Bathrooms and kitchen are newly updated, beautiful hardwood floors, lots of light and located in the coolest neighborhood in the Live Music Capitol. Walk to bars and restauarants, Whole Foods, Waterloo Records, boutique shopping, Auditorium Shores (ACL), Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail and Zilker Park.

Perfect, better than expectations!
He loved the location and it was very close to restaurants and it was right on the beach. The manager was very responsive (minimal Issue) and check in and out was easy. Would stay again!

The home was just as it was described. Plenty of room for my family! The outdoor space was nice to relax at night! Walking distance to many nice restaurants. Kay was very responsive and very nice! This is a little gem in Clarksville! We will definitely stay here again soon!

Property was great, location worked out phenomenal for us (walking distance to a ton of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc.) and host was very easy to get in touch with and help when needed. Would definitely recommend if you're visiting Austin!

Awesome place with great location!

Very Comfortable
Was a very comfortable and well appointed house. The neighborhood felt safe and was convenient to a lot of activities that we did. Traffic noise was certainly there but did not affect our stay. Beds were very comfortable and Kay was very responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Adorable home and responsive host!
We had a small family reunion with 4 of us and met in Austin from California and Macallen, TX. When I saw this home on VRBO, it looked cute. It was even better in reality. The floor plan was perfect, with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends. The family room was decorated so cute and comfortable. We enjoyed everything, even the record player. :) There were plenty of supplies and extra blankets/towels, which were helpful as it was an abnormally cold weekend. The host, Kay, was amazing! She was so responsive. She was very flexible with the check in timing. You can see that she takes great pride in her home and it's important to her that her guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. The location was in walking distance to some great venues on Sixth Street so there was plenty to do, even if you didn't want to Uber. Despite the cold weather, we had a wonderful stay, and I will definitely contact Kay if we're ever back in Austin.
