This was a great house for our family’s trip. The second floor has an open floor plan and nice windows with views of downtown. We enjoyed cooking meals, playing games and watching movies in a very comfortable setting. The location was excellent for getting around quickly and the neighborhood is charming! The management company was very responsive and made the process very easy!

We came to Austin to visit UT. The location of the home was perfect in terms of access to downtown and to the campus. Enjoyed the views from the unit. It is next to the highway, but that was not a problem. Overall, we found the home to be comfortable and clean. The property manager was very communicative.

We had such a great time on our quick trip to Austin. This property exceeded our expectations in every way: location, cleanliness, style, comfort, ease of booking, etc. If I could give 10 stars I would! We will definitely book again in the future.

This super convenient unit was very spacious and immaculately clean. The large windows and patio look out at the University of Texas Bell Tower and football stadium. We walked to the concert venue in campus and felt safe all the way (even walking under the overpass of I35). One suggestion, more than one dish towel so we don’t have to use paper towels as much.

Excellent location. Walk to DKR and several East Austin bars/restaurants. 5 min uber to downtown. 2 couples fit perfectly. Just enough space. Tastefully appointed. Great outdoor space and views. Owner very responsive. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family.
