Since this apartment block is in the second row, you can hear almost no street noise and it is, as all our previous guests confirmed, really very quiet. The apartment is located in the 1. Floor, but there is a lift available. The equipment of the apartment: The apartment is a Non smoking apartment with 42 m² (incl. Loggia). It consists of a bedroom, a living room (with TV) with the adjoining, very spacious, fully equipped kitchen area, a bathroom with toilet and a small loggia price or Additional costs: For 2 persons one night costs Euro 54, - (up to 3 days will be a Kurzzeitnächtigungszuschlag of € 10, - per night charged), at the tourist tax are per person and night Euro 2, - to pay; for the final cleaning is a one-time lump sum of Euro 25, - to pay. Bed linen, bath towels and towels are included in the price. From Monday to Friday our guests receive a one-off 50% discount on the Eurothermenpass (Aquapulco, Caprio-Therme and Relaxium). Since this apartment block is in the second row, you can hear almost no street noise and it is, as all our previous guests confirmed, really very quiet. The apartment is located in the 1. Floor. Since October 2014 a lift is available. We do not live in this apartment block anymore, as our family has grown quite a lot, but only 5 minutes away. You have about 3 minutes walk to all the surrounding shops (Billa, Spar, drugstore, pharmacy, DM, hairdresser, Skribo, butcher shop, ...), clothing shops and cafes. The thermal world is about 12 to 15 minutes, the train station is about 7 minutes walk. To the equipment of the apartment: The apartment is a Non smoking apartment with 42 m² (incl. Loggia). It consists of a bedroom; a living room (with TV), with a 140 cm wide, pull-out couch, (for one or two infants possible); immediately adjacent, the very spacious, fully equipped kitchen area; a bathroom with toilet; a small vestibule and a loggia (see pictures attached).
