The apartment, located on the first floor with separate entrance, consists of: living area with fully equipped kitchenette, sofa bed, air conditioning, digital TV, microwave, clothesline, fridge with freezer and terrace with sea view outdoor furniture. Double room with balcony overlooking the pool, private bathroom with shower and washing machine.
All the following services in the apartment are included, on guests there are no additional costs:
- Consume water, electricity and gas
- Initial set of bed linen and towels
Outside available to guests swimming pool and free parking.
Surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation, on the northern coast of Sardinia, the village is a 5-minute drive from the white sandy beach of Li Junki, which can also be reached on foot through a dedicated path in 15-20 minutes, great for walkers.

Eine Kaffeemaschine oder zumindest ein Wasserkocher wäre schön in der Wohnung. Und das mit dem Meerblick... entweder die Olivenbäume erhalten einen Radikalschnitt oder man wirbt nicht mehr mit "Meerblick". Ansonsten war die Wohnung top, super Klimaanlage, viele Schränke zum verstauen, einen herrlichen 30x20m-Pool, den man im Juni für sich allein hat, die Vermieterin Norma - Spitze!! Gas ging einmal morgens nicht, eine kurze Whatsapp an Norma, wir konnten unseren Ausflug machen und als wir mittags heim kamen, war alles wieder ok. Die nahe Gastronomie außen rum macht leckere Speisen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Wir waren 11 Tage dort und außer den kleinen beschriebenen Mängel(chen) waren wir rundum zufrieden.

Nous avons logé dans un appartement très propre et très fonctionnel et à 20-45 mn de lieux touristiques, dans un village vacances avec piscine surveillée au pied du logement. Dommage que le bar près de la piscine soit fermé mais le cadre est est très joli, arboré et fleuri. La vue depuis l'appartement est superbe ! Nous avons adoré les paysages montagneux et les rochers aux formes arrondies, les plages paradisiaques (eau transparente et sable blanc fin), la nourriture italienne et l'hospitalité des habitants et commerçants. Nous remercions notre super hôte Norma de sa patience (arrivée tardive en raison du retard du vol, attente pour les bagages et voiture de location). Nous la remercions aussi pour ses attentions, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. C'est une personne très respectueuse et chaleureuse ! Nous recommandons cette location et cette si belle région !!

L'abitazione corrisponde a quanto descritto nell'annuncio. La casa è carina, curata e ben pulita. C'è tutto quel che serve, magari aggiungerei un tavolino all' ingresso come portaoggetti, perché mancano ripiani in casa. La signora Norma ci ha accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità. La casa è in un contesto residenziale tranquillo. La sera siamo sempre riusciti a mangiare fuori sul bel terrazzino, che dopo le 20:30, con il calare del sole, diventa più fresco. Non abbiamo provato la piscina ma ci è sembrata tranquilla, mai affollata e ben tenuta. Badesi si trova in un'ottima posizione per visitare sia il Sassarese che la Gallura. Le spiagge sono belle ma spesso, causa Maestrale, ci siamo spostati verso Santa Teresa, trovando spiagge più riparate a breve distanza. Consigliamo a tutti questo alloggio.

Très bonne semaine dans cet appartement. Norma nous a accueilli à notre arrivée. Elle a été très disponible et sympathique. L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé parfait pour famille de 4 personnes. La résidence est très agréable avec une piscine mais bonnet de bain obligatoire.

La Signora Norma proprietaria dell'immobile è veramente una persona gentilissima e sempre disponibile la casa fantastica ordinatissima con tutti i confort possibili in un contesto veramente meraviglioso .

No lo recomiendo, nos quedamos sin gas y hasta el día siguiente no pudimos acceder a el, por lo que no pudimos cocinar ni llevarnos comida. Por otro lado, el último día nos sobraron botellas de agua SIN UTILIZAR y obviamente no las íbamos a tirar por lo que decidimos dejarlas y después eso se nos echó en cara …, para entrar a la piscina es necesario usar gorro de baño cosa que se nos dijo cuando llegamos ya al alojamiento, creo que es un dato que debería darse ANTES , Cerdeña nos gustó bastante pero no repetiríamos el alojamiento

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (5 & 8) zum ersten Mal auf Sardinien und haben uns sehr über diese sehr schöne Unterkunft gefreut. Ankunft & Abreise waren ganz unkompliziert. Norma war sehr nett und total flexibel. Sie hat uns extra noch Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. In der Wohnung wirkte alles noch sehr neu & sie war sehr sauber. Morgens beim Frühstück haben wir die traumhafte Aussicht genossen. Auch der Pool war sehr gepflegt & für unsere Kinder ein absolutes Highlight. Eine wirklich sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Apartament is very clean and have all what you need to feel like at home. Norma is beautiful Lady and she met us in Apartament on arriving day. The nearest beach is about 6 minutes by car. I can give only the best recommendation for this apartment and we really enjoyed the stay here.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Vom Pool waren wir auch begeistert. Lage ist gut! Zum Strand sind wir immer mit dem Auto gefahren. Toller Blick vom Balkon! Norma ist sehr aufmerksam und sympathisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Norma es encantadora, y su piso también. Nos recibió puntualmente y obsequiandonos con unas pastas tipicas de Cerdeña. Es un apartamento pequeñito pero perfecto para pasar unos dias en la isla. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Lo recomendaremos, sin ninguna duda.

Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire, appartement identique à l'annonce dans une petite résidence de vacances avec piscine ( très appréciable par ces grosses chaleurs) à Badesi où tous les commerces de proximité sont présents. Appartement très bien équipé pour quatre personnes, très longue plage (12 km !!!) à 3km faisable à pieds en 40 min grâce à un chemin piétonnier, pour les moins courageux il y a une navette (1€ le trajet) qui s'arrête au début de la rue de la résidence ou sinon il y a un parking tout au long de la plage (0,50€ l'heure) avec quelque commodités, tel que bar, toilettes et office de tourisme. Bref un super endroit pour passer des vacances calmes et reposantes, à proximité de quelques lieux touristiques, nous recommandons vivement cette location et remercions encore Norma pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité.

Gracias Norma por hacernos sentir como si estuviéramos en casa. Casa acogedora, con todo clase de accesorios que hacen la estancia muy cómoda. Con aire acondicionado que es de agradecer en verano. Terraza con vistas fantásticas del mar de Badesi. Está en una urbanización privada con una piscina y un bar muy agradable. Norma, la propietaria, es un encanto de mujer, muy agradable y con muchos detalles. Estancia totalmente recomendable que, sin duda repetiremos. Muchas gracias por todo Norma.
