It’s been actually pretty bad. I’ve been stuck in the elevator which was scary as the call for help button and speaker didn’t work. It was only a man shouting on the other side trying to get in who alerted a staff member when I called for help. The man eventually came through the speaker giving instructions in French, not very helpful, and then didn’t alert me to when the lift would start again. The tv has no English channels and the internet drops out every 20 seconds, so you can’t watch anything on your phone screen either. It didn’t connect well even on the first floor in the gym either (my room was on the 5th). I discovered after getting out of the lift and telling the male receptionist (who didn’t seem to care) that there was also no food as it’s a Sunday, and only a small overpriced supermarket might be available. Lunch and dinner was a large bag of crisps. Not even a sandwich provided to guests, when they presumably know things are closed on a Sunday. Unfortunately I was unaware until it’s too late. I would certainly want a refund for getting stuck in the lift.
The room was clean.
