Pillows and blankets provided. Owner offers outdoor games, umbrella s etc, any damages due to being left out in inclement weather will be taken from security. Please treat home as you would your own. . Choice of purchasing the $70 damage insurance plus $200 refundable deposit or $750 refundable security deposit.
