Loved staying at the property
We had a fantastic time staying at this lakefront property in Arrowhead. All the bedrooms were clean including the kitchen and restrooms. Bill was very responsive to any questions I had before and during our stay. More importantly we got the bragging rights to say that we stayed at a place previously owned by Dick Clark. :) All in a wonderful place to stay and very close to the market so you easily get your groceries or access other restaurants nearby.

Great place and location!
Planned a weekend getaway for my family and this home was perfect for us. Clean, ample room and all the basic necessities needed for our trip! Bill communicated well, instructions were clear, looking for to booking again in the future!

Love Dick Clark's house!
This was our second summer spending 4th of July at the Dick Clark house and loved it just as much. We love all the memorabilia. The location with the dock was perfect for us. We all love to be in the water, and going down the stairs to the lake was heaven. Plus my sisters have boats and picked us up so easily with our own dock. We were also able to walk to the village for the concert. The cabin has plenty of bedrooms so we all were very comfortable. The game room is great for the kids to play video games and watch movies after being on the lake all day. Bill the manager is always so responsive and helpful. Everything was wonderful! Hope to stay there again!

Snowy visit!
The night we checked in Lake Arrowhead had a bigger snowstorm than expected, and the owner’s snowplow driver was on vacation. So we were snowed in! Luckily the house is so well appointed and comfortable that we were able to entertain ourselves and enjoy our white Christmas. This house has probably the best supplied kitchen of anyplace we’ve rented (mixer, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, crock pot, plenty of pots and pans, a huge griddle, indoor grill, enough plates/silverware that you don’t have to run the dishwasher after every meal, an empty pantry to store the food we brought and more). Little things like tissues in every room, flashlights for power outages, fireplace matches, dish towels, and a few toiletries were really appreciated. Highly recommend!

It was my 29th birthday and first ever little vacation!
It was my 29th birthday and first-ever vacation it was a nice little getaway from home and it was fairly close to the area I live in. I couldn't have asked for a better time and location and the house was amazing and suited us in all our needs. The house and all the amenities are exactly what was listed in the description and Bill was such a great help in explaining everything and directions to the house and all the fun stuff to do while there at the house which was right on the lake! A whole family and all the kids had such a great time they didn't want to leave and we put everything to use like the paddle boats and the dock which we were able to jump right off of into the water and swim and the water was exceptionally clean and fresh and the weather was great while we were there. Thanks again bill for making our stay there at the lake house an exceptional one. Can't wait to come back. P.s. all the Dick Clark artifacts and memorabilias were also a great sight to see and read up on and we couldn't be more blessed to stay in such a historic house.

Great Location & Accommodations
We had a wonderful long weekend stay here. It was the perfect way for our family to get together in a comfortable "COVID bubble". The house is great and well equipped. The property manager, Bill, was very responsive and super easy to work with. Unlike most rentals, this house has some interesting history behind it which made the stay even more memorable.
