I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t a mini fridge in the room, it was so warm that really would have benefited with having one. Apart from that everything else was really good - staff, service, room and atmosphere. Me and my friend enjoyed a much deserved night away from our families. Thank you

We didn't realise it was part of Birmingham University, but it was a beautiful hotel in a lovely area of the city.
