Poor bedding couldn’t sleep properly at all the mattress was sinking as was the base, staff not friendly. Not many food options very disappointed

Week clearly this is a hotel with big aspirations but just not quite there yet. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, welcoming, ready to give advice and all around excellent. No matter which staff member in any area, they were just amazing. The food and dining are area are well kept, well presented and newly decorated creating a relaxing environment. The addition of the sports bar for me is great but for young family’s perhaps not. The leisure complex is undergoing works. You can see they are spending a lot of money to bring everything up to date and when it’s finished id love to return. For me the negatives are few. Bathroom floors and bedrooms need updating, bathroom floor is cheap and tacky and looks it. Special shout out to the cleaners, my room was so clean, and re done daily. Thanks Team for an amazing stay :)

It was a lovely place but a bit tired and the pool wasn’t open. Our bed was v hard but friend’s bed was comfy. Bar/restaurant was good, lovely staff. We were there overnight for an event at Resorts World and for the purpose I would stay again.

My bed was unbelievably uncomfortable had a dip in the mattress which meant I kept rolling into the dip. The bed was small also feet were hanging off the end and I’m only 5.10. Hotel was nice tho overall but the bed let it down, also the condition of the ceiling and walls let it down as was damp.
