Renovated with eco-friendly materials (wood, hemp, lime plaster, exposed stone, earth plaster), and certified to the BBC (low-energy building) standard.
This detached cottage is surrounded by meadows where Charolais cows graze. You'll enjoy the view of the countryside and, below, the Château-Charles forest, famous for its mushrooms.
Covered terrace, small private green space, and large garden shared with the owners, who live nearby. The owners' cats may visit you on the terrace during your stay. Children's playground: trampoline, swing, and slide.
The proximity to the A71 motorway exit (1.5 km) makes it ideal for exploring the Allier region for a weekend or a week. Néris-les-Bains, a spa resort, is 30 km away.

Ground floor: living room, wood pellet stove, kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (shower/toilet). This room is suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet. Mezzanine with desk and relaxation area.
Wood pellet and solar heating.

Heating and electricity to be paid on site at the end of your stay.
