The Space:
Situé place Puy Paulin, au premier étage (étage noble) d'un immeuble du XVIII ème (sans ascenseur ! ), l'appartement de 2 chambres vous apportera calme et sérénité en plein cœur du quartier le plus central et le plus élégant de Bordeaux.
Vous serez à deux pas du grand théâtre (opéra) des boutiques, restaurants, bars, animations, musées : la vie est bouillonnante dans les rues. On y perçoit le dynamisme de la ville, ses attraits touristiques, et la qualité de vie proposée ici.
L'appartement est situé dans un espace protégé sans voiture.

Les quatre lignes de tram sont à moins de 5mn à pied, donnant accès aux transports en commun disponibles sur la communauté urbaine, ainsi qu'à la Gare ou à l'aéroport.

Idéal pour les passionnés d’opéras, de musique classique et de ballets, le Grand Théâtre propose une riche programmation de spectacles toute l'année.
Juste en dessous, plongez dans l'histoire des des quartiers médiévaux Saint-Pierre et Saint-Paul. Les rues que vous emprunterez existent depuis le 2e siècle.

    The only thing slightly inaccurate about this listing is how amazing it is. Wonderfully located, historic, rare, well-appointed and completely modestly represented via its listing.     Terrific location, and yet quiet

    The apartment was very nice, pleasant, airy, well-appointed. The location is ideal: Right in the heart of bustling area, steps from St. Catherine. And yet it was hidden away so that it was peaceful at night. (With the exception of one night that the person in the apartment above paced the floor all night.) I would definitely stay there again.

    Amazing apartment

    We have stayed in many apartments in Bordeaux, Paris, and other areas of France in the past 15 years. This is probably the nicest of all. The location is superb -- on a very quiet square between two major pedestrian streets, Rue Porte Dijeaux and Cours de l'Intendance. The apartment is extremely spacious, bright, and welcoming. Two large beds and a large dining table make it an ideal location to settle in. The kitchen is modern and extraordinarily large, with everything you need to cook dinners after shopping the Capucins or Chartrons markets. There are many shops and cafés within very short walking distance, and the tram line is only a block away. The downside for those with mobility issues is that it is located at the top of a long flight of stairs (old French buildings have high ceilings, so one flight is more like 1.5 to 2). All in all, we loved our stay there and would VERY gladly return.
