Horrible. Rude staff and filthy building. Very dirty carpets. Every table top in the common areas is broken. Mold in the bathroom. They will also try to charge you $20 extra dollars to use the pool with extremely limited hours. I didn't use it. I paid $250 for one room, for one night and was disgusted. The breakfast was the worst I've ever seen in a hotel and no coffee. Don't stay here.

Found hairs in bathroom shower sink. Fridge door hard to open dragged on floor. Room and other areas had a smell. What was offered for breakfast was not a breakfast. Building needs alot of work not worth what charge for a night

Positive points: The hotel is in a good location, about a 30-minute drive from Boston and Salem. The car park, although modest, is secure and convenient for easy parking. When we arrived (a little ahead of schedule), we were warmly welcomed by the staff, which made for a pleasant first impression. Negative points: Unfortunately, this good impression did not last. The room had a strong musty smell, the carpet was sticky, and the bathroom clearly needed renovation. The curtains also had some questionable stains. The breakfast was very disappointing considering the price of the room: extremely limited choice, no fruit juice or water available, and overall quality well below expectations. The swimming pool was closed and, worse still, a strong smell of chlorine spread into the common areas. In terms of comfort, the walls are so thin that it is impossible not to hear the conversations (and arguments) of the neighbours. The lights in the corridor, which are on all the time, filter into the room and prevent complete darkness. Finally, the vending machines were empty, adding to the general frustration. In summary: An overall disappointing experience. The establishment does not match the description on the website and does not justify the price charged. Give it a miss!

The hotel had a nice staff, great location to visit Lexington and Concord Revolutionary sites, everything was clean enough, and the atrium area is nice. If someone would put money into this place it could be a great hotel. It is worn and outdated, but has lots of potential.

Indeed the best part of this hotel was the staff member Tara. She went above and beyond to extend kindness and thoughtfulness. The hotel heater and lights had exposed wires coming out of the walls and sockets. unsafe for any child. stains on the walls, and the carpets where all sticky to the point of needing to buy slippers to walk around the room without ending up in bed with it on your feet felt like the floors hadn’t seen a good deep clean vacuum in years. Disgusting!!! Utterly disgusting. No water pressure in the showers and toilet felt like it would fall through the floor. The door to the room looked as tho I had been warped by water damage and did not have a seal around the edges.

Stayed 2 nights. Intentionally left the lights on so would not be dark when I came back in the evening. Came back to all the lights being off. Housekeeping had not come. Do with that information what you will.
