Modern, comfortable single-family house "Chalet Aaregg", 3 storeys, detached. On the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre, in a sunny position, on the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, biotope. Patio, terrace, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Storeroom available. Parking (for 3 cars), single garage at the house. Shop 1.5 km, grocery 1.5 km, restaurant, bakery 500 m, bus stop "Lammbach" 750 m, railway station "Brienz" 1.5 km, grass beach 5 m. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m, mountain railway 1.5 km, skisport facilities 12 km, ski bus stop 750 m, ski school 12 km, sled run 15 km, cross country ski track 15 km. Nearby attractions: Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg, Brienzer Rothorn, Aareschlucht. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Meiringen - Hasliberg 15 km, Axalp 12 km. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, steamer) with dining nook. Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 large room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (120 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/WC. Large patio. Barbecue. Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking, garage at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Fire extinguisher.

Christmas in Brienz

The house was incredible. The view was amazing. We enjoyed watching the ducks and swans. The only problem was finding the house the first time. It was well located for skiing and the slopes were not over crowded. Kitchen was outstanding and well equipped. Living room was comfortable. We had a great time.

Perfect Lakefront Getaway

The setting on a small point at Lake Brienz is just incredible! We loved the beautiful view from all three levels of the emerald water and mountains surrounding the town. The layout of the house was also great for multiple family members to be together or have some private space. It was also a great central location to day trip to many of the top locations we wanted to explore in Switzerland from the major peaks close by to the cities of Lucerne and Bern. The hosts were gracious, responsive and helpful, and we loved our time here!

Home with picture perfect views

Beautiful home with spectacular views. The home is equipped with anything you need to prepare meals and enjoy your stay. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our week here. Centrally located to fantastic hiking and something to do for everybody. A week was not enough to discover it all.

Absolutely Amazing

The Chalet Aaregg was everything we needed, plus more. The property is exactly described as advertised. There were a group of us from the US that stayed in this peaceful home for six days and it was nothing short of accommodating. On the exterior, the home features the look of a vintage Swiss house, however, the inside was newly renovated with everything we needed. The house sat directly on the lake with a view like no other. Ms. Katja was extremely polite and resourceful which made our stay even more pleasurable. I will DEFINITELY stay here again! Thank you for making the Switzerland experience awesome!
