Appartement Brixnerwirt 3:Toilette ohne Lüfter und Fenster- keine Lüftungs Möglichkeit, Dusche nur für Personen bis 1.70, Heizung ohne Funktion - kann abends schon frisch werden bei gewissen Zeiten, Kühlschrank defekt u. veraltet, Küchenschranktüren nicht richtig befestigt, Kaffeemaschine und Grillplatte total verschmutzt, Einrichtung teils in die Jahre gekommen, Handtuch statt weiß eher braunAppartement Brixnerwirt 4:Glühbirnen teils nicht vorhanden, Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, Sauberkeit sehr schlecht - das Handtuch im Bad war nach einen Tag am Boden schwarz, Heizung ohne Funktion, Küche schlecht ausgestattet - Geschirr eher vom Trödelmarkt - kein Toaster - Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher verschmutzt - kein Spüllappen, Einzelbetten - Matratze durchgelegen, Staub auf die Steckdosen Das einzige gute ist die Zentralelage,Freundliche Besitzerin,Wohnungen hätten Potenzial, aber leider nicht genutzt
