The condo is located on the THIRD floor accessible by stairs only. There are no elevators or ramps. Guests maintain sole access to entire condo unit, except for owner's closet and HVAC closet where access is restricted. Guests will enter the unit by using a code provided by owner to access the door key and pool key. A doorbell camera is installed for the safety and security of the guests.

Guests acknowledge and agree that Owner nor Condo Association are liable or responsible for any injury, property damage or loss of property. Guests further acknowledge and agree to indemnify and hold Owner and Condo Association harmless. Guests further acknowledge and agree that they will properly maintain and use the new appliances and fixtures as they are intended for use.
