The Hunter house Villa Meloto Castelfiorentino

We had a great stay in Tuscany in our appartment. Great reception, nice pool and we also had a great tour at the property by the family-owner.

Perfect stay

The hunter house was the perfect stay for our family of five, including three teenagers. Carmellita and her daughter Michaela are the most gracious and caring hosts, helping us out with everything we needed. Villa Meleto is beautiful, with walking paths, statues, history, and the typical Tuscan scenery. The location of Castelfiorentino is central to all the popular Tuscany towns, and the train in town takes you everywhere within an hour or less. We highly recommend this stay!

Charming and Quiet Countryside

Villa Meleto is on a quiet hill in the countryside. We were the only guests which made it easy to let the kids run around without concerns. Once we arrived Carmencita answered all questions quickly and gave us a tour of the property that is under renovation. She has lots of plans in the works and I am looking forward to coming back in the future to see how it all turns out! The history of the Villa is fascinating!

Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und in Ordnung. Für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Florenz, Lucca...super gelegen. Die Auffahrt ist abenteuerlich, da der Weg über Schotter und eine kaputte Straße zur Anlage führt. Nichts für tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge ;-)... Unser Aufenthalt dauerte 13 Nächte. Der Weg zum Pool ging ca. 300 m über unbefestigten Fußweg. Ausblick jedoch umwerfend. Anlage ringsherum etwas ungepflegt. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen nicht mehr ganz der Wahrheit. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die jungen Leute, welche die Ansprechpartner waren, waren immer sehr freundlich.

Estancia en una villa histórica de la Toscana. Villa Meleto. Lugar ideal para visitar Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Firenze, Pisa, Montereggioni y dos lugares poco frecuentados, Lucca y Certaldo La casa y su entorno espectacular. En la cima de una colina, vistas de la Toscana como en las peliculas.Tranquilidad absoluta. Carmencita, la dueña, muy atenta y simpática. Si quereis os puede hacer un tour por la finca y os explicará todos los secretos. Lugar recomendable 100%

A very Unique and Special Place

Really enjoyed it. Lovely views, wonderful owners, peaceful, atmosphere, really beautiful gardens, yet a down to earth kind of place. You should definitely check out the website or talk to the owners about their vision for what they are going to do with this property. It’s pretty special. The rental properties are not what you would call a luxury property, but are quite comfortable and authentic. There will eventually be a luxury property on this site in addition to these rentals, it looks like it is going to be amazing – I look forward to going back and checking that out as well
