Hotel was nice. Air conditioning struggled inside the rooms. Not just our room but other guests we asked. Air conditioner works great in the hallway but not inside your room. Kind of ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. Was willing to let that slide but unfortunately the parking garage for the hotel has no security and the count was over 50 cars that had been broken into at the time I checked out, including mine. The hotel vacuumed out the cars and taped the windows. I was not offered refunds for the stay, discounts for future stays, meal voucher, etc. They didn’t even refund the parking fee for the garage you get robbed in. On top of that, I didn’t find out about it until 10:45 am when I was attempting to load the vehicle and checkout. They noticed cars were broken into at 7-7:30 am and didn’t call or check with guests that were using the garage. There were still guests at the hotel that had no idea they were broken into because they had not gone out to there vehicle that morning. The whole situation was insane to think about for such a nice hotel. How in the world is there not overnight security. Just at a glance I saw no cameras in the garage either. Maybe at the entrance but it did nothing to deter thieves. I would not recommend this hotel and I will never stay there again.
