"In general, the hotel is clean. But the carpet on the floor where my room was did not look like it have been cleaned for weeks."

"The location is fantastic. So close to everything in the city. The rooms great. Tram is 2 minutes walk. Staff are super helpful. Parking is expensive I will happily stay again."

"Beautiful hotel. The room was amazing, spacious and thoughtfully designed from the mood lighting to the electric curtains, blue tooth speaker and the lovely soothing colour palette. Was given a complimentary upgrade from city view to a harbour view room which was just fabulous. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sydney after this experience. "

"We absolutely loved our stay! We were upgraded to a full harbour view and it was lovely watching the ferries come and go. The staff were so friendly and helpful. If I could have smuggled the bed out in my suitcase I would have. They were amazing. The food was delicious - my special favourite was the pad thai, my daughter loved their club sandwiches. Overall it was a visit we will both remember - thank you Four Seasons and staff for creating such lovely memories."
