Apparently there was a mix up with my phone number and reservation. I tried to check in and they said that they tried to call me about my check-in and it was not my number that they tried to call therefore they did not have a room for me very unhappy.

This was our first time to stay at this location. Although it was just an over night stay, we have no negative things to mention about this location. Front desk staff, Terrance, gave me a compliment and met us with a smile. Even though it was busy he was happy to help us check in. Our room was clean as was the entire facility. We would stay would stay here again.

The property was very well kept up and clean. It was in walking distance of our venue. We could just park at the hotel and walk to the convention center.

The woman who checked us in was nothing short of extraordinary. She was very sweet, patient and polite. There was a faint bleach smell that seemed to always linger . Not the hotels fault but also a dog that woke me up a couple doors down from ours.
