Pretty house, poor management
The house was beautiful inside and very spacious. The pool was disgusting and they never cleaned it. We contacted management and they never got back to us. The management has horrible communication and still has not gotten back to us. We loved the house but would not recommend to others because of the issues encountered.

All is as appears in photos. Bedding is comfortable with ample linens supplied. Enjoyed having the additional beverage cooler downstairs close to the door for cold waters. The children’s table was not functional; all 4-legs were wobbly. Lawn furniture next to pool is very comfortable. The grill needed cleaning prior to use. The kitchen is adequately stocked with utensils. I even baked a BD cake while there and had everything I needed. The kitchen could use added kitchen linens and is in need of pot holders. We loved being so close to the beach - we had a golf cart, but it is an easy walk and so close to the shops in town.

Easy Check-in/ Check-out! Less than a 3 min walk to the beach. So much room for our family of 8, teenagers included. Was not disappointed.

The primary reason we chose property was for the heated pool. We knew it was going to be cold during our stay and wanted to at-least enjoy the heated pool. On the second day late afternoon we were told the pool wasn’t heated as we were waiting all day for it to heat up. She told us it would take a couple hours to get warm. And then later after asking again how to turn on the heat told us “oh its not heated”, had to screen shot and show her on the vrbo site where it shows private heated pool on the description. Didnt respond whatsoever after we sent screenshot! The first night we got there we had trouble with lock box. Fixed that issue on our own. Then discovered the gas metered had been locked by gas company due to a leak. They told us they would compensate us for the night which they eventually did after going back and forth a bit. They told us they would have someone out to fix the gas the next morning, showed up after 10:00 am. Could not have baths or a shower the night we arrived or prepare dinner for the family. Finally was able to make a late breakfast on day two. Just over all, I am really disappointed with the amount of money we paid to enjoy a spring break vacation and nothing the property description said was relevant. The place was cute but not sure when it had last been cleaned or attended to. The maids would have realized the gas issue if they had checked on the place or cleaned prior to our arrival. Also the master bathroom with the big soaker tub, the shower doesnt drain and the bathroom floor gets really wet. The rotten floor boards show it has been leaking for some time. Really cute condo but advertising was misleading and gas issue was an inconvenience. I brought my own cleaning supplies and left it much cleaner than when we arrived for the next tenants.
