"I can’t say enough about Hotel Indigo. From the moment we arrived to our departure the staff was amazing. The hotels decor is eclectic but sophisticated. Our room was immaculate spacious and the style is cool and comfortable. Upon arriving in our room we received a text asking if the room was acceptable. We were in town for a concert and were excited to find out the hotel shuttle could take us to the Chi Center. We had drinks in the lobby while waiting the bartenders were friendly and the drinks were really good. Carlos was our shuttle driver and was amazing he dropped us right at the center’s entrance. Carlos assured us he would be waiting at that spot after the concert and he was there. We had drinks at the hotels speakeasy after the concert the dark and moody bar was such a perfect end to an evening. The hotel offers bikes as well. We hope to return sometime. "

"My stay was a success because I was able to get some good rest. I didn’t have to worry about people being overly noisy. Customer service was excellent, my only complaint was that I was not informed at check in about the complimentary breakfast. And when I wrote in about that I was immediately contacted by the general manager who was Mr. Ghorpade, his customer service skills were excellent and sincere."
