"This hotel was very convenient to the airport and the shuttle drivers were wonderful. I also appreciated the staff helping me out when I left an item in my room after checkout and they immediately helped me go back up and get it. I will definitely stay there again if I fly out of KC and need to leave my vehicle."

"I usually don’t have any problems staying here. Becky is very pleasant and she helps out a lot , Crystal is very rude and there’s another older lady who’s very rude also. And there was one time the cleaning staff did not change my sheets out just made my bed back up I was not happy about that. And the towels could be a lot cleaner with less stains. Otherwise you get what you pay for abd in my opinion it’s a decent place to stay especially for the price. "
