" Desde el momento del check-in, todo fue absolutamente maravilloso. El personal es lo mejor de lo mejor: atentos, simpáticos, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte con una sonrisa. Ubicado en pleno corazón del Trinidad, la arquitectura del edificio te roba una sonrisa apenas entras. Las habitaciones están impecablemente decoradas, con muchísimo gusto, y se nota la dedicación en cada detalle. La cama comodísima, el baño amplio, moderno y limpio, con agua caliente sin fallos. El desayuno… ¡divino! Delicioso, variado, y servido con ese toque cubano que lo hace aún más especial. El wifi es súper rápido y confiable. Y sinceramente, por el precio, este lugar se lleva todos los aplausos. Las personas que no se están hospedando aquí están literalmente tirando su dinero. Este apartamento boutique destaca muchísimo frente a otras opciones por su calidad, servicio y encanto. Sin duda, repetiré. ¡Gracias por tanto!"

"My sister and I absolutely loved our stay at Alhabana. 1st the level of service is warm, generous, attentive, very personalized, knowledgeable and effective. We were able to communicate with Mariem before getting to Havana, and she was extremely helpful and accommodating from the beginning providing great information that was valuable allowing us to plan an epic trip. All the reception staff we worked with (Mariem, Fabio and Rafael) maintained the same level of personable, kind, resourceful service throughout our stay with seamless communication and cooperation among them allowing them to keep track of all our activities. They were all key to arranging great excursions, transportation and any other services we needed with incredible service providers. 2nd the property is exceptionally clean, well maintained, breakfast was great (special mention to Pedro and Pavel), and all amenities were present as listed. The casa is well located as we were able to walk most of the time to our activities in the city. We recommend this place if you are looking to have an immersive, authentic experience in Havana."

Sure, but I can guarantee you won't find better service anywhere. They really do treat you like family, and go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. "
