Treated as second class citizen by hotel. Clueless and untrained staff. Only a single lift, which wasn’t working for much of my stay with a ridiculous key code system.

Very nice location and well equipped rental. We had some challenges getting checked in since the hotel staff couldn’t really advise on the rentals but we figured it out with some help. Great stay in Dallas!

I like the home away from home feel. I didn't like the television system and it was impossible to watch anything on it. The shower had too many openings at the door and water seeped onto the floor. The elevators at the Statler for the Sonder would have been better and useful, if they had their own buttons like upstairs.

The Statler Hotel is a cool, old building. The valet staff is friendly and do a nice job. Scout is a fun place to watch a game, have a bit to eat, and play pool, bags, or bowl. Regarding the Sonder portion, we wish the communication at check in would have been better. We were given our key fob, reviewed the code for the elevator and our room and directed to the elevator. We weren't toured around the property and got lost trying to get to the pool since it's a completely different set of elevators needed to get there. Pool area is nice with plenty of seating, an outdoor grilling area, tv, and the pool was heated.

Excellent stay at Sonder. Clean and quiet apartment-style room with every amenity in the room you could ever need (cutlery, dishes, paper towel, washing machine pods). Comfy beds and 6 pillows!! Will definitely stay here again. My only con was slow elevators as there is only 1 in use that isn’t a service elevator.
