Clean house, secure neighborhood, everything that we needed at our fingertips. Of course the pool was our favorite spot.. kids enjoyed every minute of it.

It was very nice, don't get me wrong. Just some things were just disappointing like the pots and pans were so cheap and gross. The wall were dirty etc. We expected more high- end for the price we paid. Also, it was a corner property so the back yard could see the neighbor and faced the front of 5 houses. Many people walked their dogs or walk. Not very private. Also the neighborhood down the street seemed pretty sketchy. I guess I'm focusing on the negatives, but there were many many positive things about this property. We had a wonderful time!

The house was great. Exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, the property management company, Vacasa was not responsive with issues. We paid the extra to have the pool heated. When we arrived the pool and hot tub was 63 degrees. After several texts and phone calls, a neighbor came over and said the pool was low on water and heater wouldn’t work when the pump was low. If they had responded or sent someone to check, we wouldn’t have had to wait until the last two days for our pool and hot tub to be enjoyable. Also the dryer was horrible and took hours for clothes to dry.

Very spacious, AC worked amazingly, the pool was wonderful. The cleanliness not so much. The little things found here and there as the stay went kind of disgusted us. Vacasa has offered a refund for the cleaning fee, but we haven't seen it hit our account yet.

I will start with the positives…I really liked the gated community the house was in. The guards were friendly even when we had to add my son to the entry list. The house was spacious for our family of 5 plus a friend and our dog. The house seemed clean when we arrived. The negatives—The house was very warm temperature wise. We were instructed to not lower below 72 degrees so with the 98 degree plus days the house was hot. My husband and I did not sleep well because we couldn’t get cool. We did use the fans provided. I’m not sure what we would have done without them. All of the linens, towels etc need to be replaced. They were very worn and had seen their day. The oven door looked like it was going to fall off. A handyman showed up unannounced and looked at it but did nothing to it. He just told us “to be careful” when using it🤷🏻‍♀️ The ice maker did not work which was odd. All of the blinds need to be replaced. The doors need a little more security added in my opinion. If a home has a sliding door it should have the device that you put on for security purposes. I never could get the tv to work in the small sitting area and the tv in the larger living area was very difficult to use. We have stayed in many VRBO’s over the years and this one just needs some love. I would not rent this home again.

The property size was accomodating for our family but, all of the rooms were dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable and the beneath the sheets you can feel the dirt on your body. The washer & dryer did not work properly, neither cleaned or dried as it should. There were food crumbs in all rooms and grapes underneath the sofa bed in the Florida room. A yellow hornet wasp was found in the double shower bathroom. We won’t be staying at this property again.

We arrived and the guard didn’t have the list of names for us to get in. Then arrive to the property where the house had NO AC! It was out. You could tell it had been out for awhile. We stayed the night and called property manager, they stated they came out to fix AC. But the house was still 86 degrees! We had to go buy fans for the next night, til finally I was sick with heat exhaustion and we had to move places. Still no reimbursement from the property manager for the poor service.

Multiple phone calls un answered in advance of stay. Arrival couldn't get in. Once in ac broke, ice machine broke, stove broke dirty and dishwasher dirty broke. Trash all around outside can. This time as a family to gather in remembrance of our 91 year old dad, husband and grandfather was not pleasant at all.

Everything you would need for a quiet, comfortable stay. Extremely clean. Can honestly say it was the cleanest place we've ever stayed. Awesome pool and outdoor lounge area. Spa did not work half the time and clothes dryer had an issue but was usable. Those were the only reasons we did not give this lovely place 5 stars. The separate living rooms made it great for 2 families to share. Reasonably priced too. Definitely would stay here again.
