Proper review of "The Jib"

The outside is very run down, the screen door is falling apart and the front door sticks so much that you can barely close it. The kitchen and bath are very dated but functional. The old refrigerator works, but the freezer needs a defrost. The deck is old and in need of a replacement, property is behind a busy parking lot, so the deck is not private. However... The Jib is very clean, there are plenty of towels& pillows-soft and firm. The shower pressure is good, indoors and outdoors. They provide toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel sized soap, shampoo and conditioner. The main bed is comfortable and soft, but LOUD.😊 TV only has streaming services. The internet was slow There is a single serving coffee maker which looks like it takes k-cups or coffee grounds. There is a toaster oven and microwave. There are glasses, silverware and other utensils and 4 plates. There is a bbq grill that is very clean with extra propane tanks in the shed. Shed on site with beach chairs, lawn games and outdoor toys. There is a picnic table in the side yard near the grille. Located 178 steps to the beach with 2 life guards on duty and 2 "public restrooms" (port a potty's).

Amazing location

Our stay at the Jib was the perfect location for our trip. Right across from the beach and a local restaurant right next door open for Breakfast, lunch and dinner for convenience. The cleaning smell when we arrived was very strong but otherwise it is a true beach shack/cabin. Nothing glamorous but what we expected and worth the short walk to the beach. Plenty of parking and easy to access. Thank you!

Cottage not found to be as described on line the area was nice,as the ocean was right across the street. Lots of deficits in cottage. It is very old, problems were ongoing. Maintenance

Sadly disappointed.

Non working exterior door which would not close or lock, non working refrigerator, torn or non working shades, no window coverings in primary living space, no blankets, stove with one working burner, very difficult to find due to no visible street number or access road light, no response from local management to help us.

Cannot recommend, sketchy and lots of issues.

The location seemed dilapidated. There were issues with the screen door, almost coming off, the door knob did come off, the kitchen windows do not close, there are wires everywhere, there was outlets without outlet covers, the cleaning chemicals that are very strong Oder. This place is in need of lots of repairs. Unfortunately it may be beyond repair. Sad to see. Location to beach was nice, but the area wasn’t great.
