"Crazy awsome pool and sauna area as well as gym. Rooms where very comfy and spacious for the price. Would if liked a steam sauna and the elevators where really small. But still a great hotel. Definitely would stay there next time i go to Dnipro"

The staff need to realize that they need to be more friendly with the guests. I don't want to stay again because of staff's hostile attitudes and me paying for an extra bed in the room but not getting it and having to fit 3 people on 2 single beds.
