A comfortable king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with hotel-quality bed linen awaits you for a first-class night`s sleep. Two further comfortable queen-size beds (1.60 x 2.00 m) are available for the 3rd to 6th guests.
Enjoy modern amenities such as underfloor heating, fast WiFi access and a Smart TV with streaming options. For business travelers, we offer a fully equipped workspace with desk, monitor, mouse and keyboard - perfect for working on the go!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, freezer and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Two large bathrooms are at your disposal - one with a soothing shower and the other with a cozy bathtub. Of course, we provide you with fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel, shampoo and other care products.
The building complies with the latest safety standards and is completely barrier-free. We also offer underground parking, bicycle storage and a playground in the courtyard for our younger guests.

Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle `Dresden Postplatz` befindet sich direkt vor unserem Gebäude. Du kannst den Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn oder in 16 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Außerdem bist du mitten im Stadtzentrum, und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für Gäste, die mit dem Auto anreisen, bieten wir einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz direkt am Gebäude.
