Everything was great, thought it was weird you couldn’t bring your own food to the room, never seen that at a hotel before. Also thought it was weird you have to wear a swimming cap in the pool maybe that’s an Ireland thing but definitely thought it was weird and sort of a money grab.

Hotel was ok thanks to location (though noisy) but not worth price. May hsve once been a 4 star hotel but is outdated. Staff were excellent. The restriction of not being able to bring any drinks or food (including leftovers if you eat out away from hotel) is ridiculous, especially with grocer next door. I always keep bottle drink on stand next to me in case get thirsty.

Bedroom was large but old style bathroom Corridor carpets need a good clean as they are heavily stained. Needs decorating at least!!! Had to go down to reception twice to remind them to change broken kettle. Not a good greeting from delivery person. Her attitude was poor!!.

The pool/spa area was very clean. Staff was helpful. Area was very nice on on side but a little noisy on the other side. Restaurant/pub was very good. Within a hardy walk of City Center. I would stay there again.

Leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Dies wird offenbar auch nicht geändert. Im 4. Stock tropft es im Flur von den Decken, mehrere Wasserschäden, die scheinbar nicht behoben werden. Ein Aufzug defekt, der andere extrem klein. Die Couch in der Lobby ist so dreckig, dass es von Weitem sichtbar ist. Macht einen sehr schlechten ersten Eindruck. Es fehlen teilweise Standardausstattungen wie Toulettenbürste und Föhn. Beim Duschen setzt man, trotz extremer Vorsicht, das Bad unter Wasser, da die Duschwand undicht ist. Zimmer war ansonsten ok, die angeworbenen 4 Sterne waren aber nicht sichtbar und nicht spürbar. Das Personal am Check In ist teilweise super unfreundlich und will den Gästen nicht weiterhelfen. Haben im benachbarten Supermarkt aber nette Auskünfte und Infos erhaltenen. Das Frühstück hingegen war gut, das Personal dort sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die defekte Treppe zur Eingangstür wurde erst spät abgesperrt. Preislich für das, was angeboten wird, aus unserer Sicht nicht angemessen.

Excellent hotel, great service, no real complaints. I was only in Dublin for two nights and the fact that the bus stop right outside went to directly to both the city center and the airport was a major plus. The day I checked out the hotel let me leave my bag onsite, as my flight was not until late that evening. This meant I was able to spend another full day down town without having to worry about hauling my bag around with me.

The first night was horrid, woken up at all hours of the night and early morning with shouting, banging, had zero sleep so made our full day around dublin very hard and not as enjoyable as it should have been. The staff did swap us rooms and apologised. The food amazing, staff soo nice

The property is great in appearance ,cleanliness ,location etc There were 4 firearms and unlike others I always respond to them. The first one was off by the time I was dressed at approximately 1-1:30. The second one again was short and was at about 2:15 now I went down to here that it was false alarm , first one someone smoking the room , 3rd time after 3 it was another story and there was discussion by staff of turning off the system . There were people leaving the hotel and many other frustrated guests. The 4 th was the final one for me after the 3rd I had packed and I was going to leave the hotel. There were 2 police at the front desk reacting to a frustrated guest who had broken a picture or framed notice. After a discussion with other guests they appeared to be concerned about how staff was handling this situation in a 200 room hotel ( fully booked) . I have travelled in 40 of the 50 states in the USA and all Provinces and Territories in my Country Canada, and all but 4 or 5 countries in Europe . I have never a situation so badly handled by Staff, it was as if there were no safety protocols in this Hotel.
