Very disappointed
A week before my booking my husband was involved in a car accident and sustained a terrible head injury On the day of the accident I contacted the owner and was advised that I could reschedule. I gave some news dates and was very happy as it would give us something to look forward to. Thea owner confirmed the new dates were booked. A few days later I was contacted by the owner and advised that I couldn't reschedule and also that I would get no refund. I contacted Stayz who tried to liase with the owner on my behalf but the owner did not respond to their email I am very disappointed at the lack of empathy shown

Dog friendly
On arriving the gardener showed up to do he’s best with an over grown garden and spent 3.5hrs trying to get it looking respectable. When we did enter the house the floor was so badly damaged that they put a strip of carpet over it to try and cover up the damage but this made a dangerous walk to the Barth room and bedroom and anyone who had poor balance would be in danger of braking bones or seriously injuring themselves. The state of the damage to the floor was so bad it’s hard to believe that it could be rented out and it got worse each day. The kitchen and bbq had no utensils at all and we need to supply basically all cutlery as there wasn’t even 1 fork. We made the most out of what it was but I’d say most people would have checked into the local motel the first night. So if you’re looking for a step up from a tent that’s dog friendly,ran down,dangerous and you want to byo most things this is your place.

Unfortunately the garden was overgrown, the house needs work finished, the flooring was damaged, all the outside furniture was dirty and couldn’t sit on it, not that you would as the garden was terribly overgrown and full of weeds and brambles. Very dissapointed

Close to shopping centre, very quiet, it was lovely to be able to take our fur baby with us.
